On April 6, Moonshots will Launch at H2 International Bar, a cozy, friendly karaoke bar less than 2 min. from Yotsuya 3-chome station on the Marunouchi Line, about 10 min walk from Yotsuya Station. Free entry, pay only for food and drinks. We're planning to play one long or two short sets then enjoy some beverages with any friends who can make it. See you there!
Moonshots will perform for the annual St. Patrick's Day party at Pink Cow on Thursday, March 17th, along with Rock N Flow and the Shelleys. Doors open at 5 PM. The Shelleys will kick things off at 7 PM. Moonshots will probably go on around 9:30 PM.
The band will return with the full line-up for a show at Crocodile in Harajuku on Saturday, October 3. Doors open at 6 PM and first set starts at 7:30 PM.

July 7, 2015: The acoustic trio lineup, together with Ts'baki Chiharu, will again play at Good Heavens in Shimo-kitazawa on Thursday the 16th. Doors open at 6:30 PM, show starts at 7:30 PM. Free admission and great food.
June 10, 2015: The band will play as an acoustic trio (along with Ts'baki Chiharu) at the American Craft Beer Experience festival on Saturday, June 20. The festival will run from 1 pm to 8 pm at New Pier Hall (near Hinode Pier), and the Moonshots will take the stage around 7 pm.
May 15, 2015: The band will play a party at the Pink Cow in Roppongi on Thursday, May 28. Free admission, with option for all-you-can-eat buffet dinner (JPY 2,000). The music will start around 7:30 PM.
May 4, 2015: Andy, Steven and Takashi will perform as an acoustic trio at Good Heavens British Bar in Shimokitazawa on Wednesday, May 13th. Free entry and fantastic fish n' chips!
Dec. 6, 2014: The band has just finished recording all the tracks for its new album, tentatively titled 'Pieces Falling'. The new album will be mixed and mastered over the next few months, with release scheduled for April 2015.
We'll be playing another fun-filled Warrior Dash Japan event in Sagamiko (near Mt. Fuji) on November 24. This is the third Warrior Dash event to be held in Japan. The band will play two sets on the main stage, one in the morning and one in the afternoon.
The band will be playing at the Warrior Dash Japan event in Doitsu Mura (German Village) on July 27th and 28th. This is the second Warrior Dash event to be held in Japan. The band will play multiple sets on the main stage on both days.
Moonshots will perform at the second ACCJ Nomu-nication event on July 26th at the Pink Cow. The event is part of the ACCJ's ongoing efforts to build excitement and support for Tokyo's 2020 Olympic bid, and is supported by the 2020 Tokyo Olympics Task Force. (Posted July 10, 2013).
The date for the Moonshots fall show at Crocodile is now confirmed. The band will be playing their fifth 'one-man' show at this legendary live house on Saturday October 20. All of the new original songs will be in the set list, along with some others that haven't been performed live in a while. (Posted October 1, 2012)
The band will be performing at the 3rd Annual iShonan Charity Concert on Saturday, Oct. 1 at the Kanagawa Women's Center in Enoshima. Tickets are 3,000 yen for adults and 1,500 yen for students. This year the band will focus on writing new songs, and will be playing only two live house shows. The first will be on Saturday, Feb. 19 at the Crocodile in Harajuku.
Sept. 20, 2010 - This Saturday, the band returns to the Crocodile in Harajuku for a full-on two-set performance. The show starts at 8PM. More details here.
Aug. 19, 2010 - The Moonshots are now confirmed to play at the Paul Rusch County Fair in Yamanashi Prefecture on October 16 and 17. The band will play two shows on each day, and will close out both days on the Harvest stage. The Fair is held each year in Kiyosato, Yamanashi at the base of Mt. Yatsugatake.
The Moonshots song 'Q & A', from their new album Ten Year Testimonial, will be included in the 'Music For Peace' compilation CD, due out at the end of May. The Moonshots will also perform at a series of 'Music For Peace' charity concerts, starting with the kick-off event at Cay in Omotesando on May 5.
The Moonshots will again perform at the annual iShonan Charity Concert, to be held at the Kanagawa Josei Center on Oct. 30. We will post more information about the event as it becomes available.
The Moonshots will release their first studio album, Ten Year Testimonial on May 3. Individual tracks as well as physical CDs will be available through the website. The band has scheduled a series of live dates in April and May in support of the new album.
